Please tell us a little bit about yourself: My name is Emil Forsberg currently studying and at Jönköpings university in Sweden. 20 years old and going for an high school teachers exam. Spends most of my free time at the computer playing games and I play some magic the gathering in my spare time.



Please tell us about your raiding experience (pre-TBC, TBC and WotLK), if you didn't raid then please tell us about any other gaming experiences, be it WoW or other games: Started rading with some classmates the first tier in wotlk. The guild did not last long and we quit before ulduar. I later decided to start a raid guild with sort of 10 irl friends in cata so I joined a raiding guild for ICC to get som experience. Raided every tier in cata and the first on in mop with the guild (sine metu). 8/13 hc t11 6/7hc t12 and 8/8 hc in t13. Switch from my hunter to my dk in ds cause we needed a tank and dks were pretty good on deathy resulting in me main tanking most of ds except ping pong boss cause blizz thought he should be able too crit me. Currently at 4/16 hc in tier 14 been off tank this tiers cause our rouge switch to his warrior and the other tank was a warrior. Better to have a dk and a war dps than two warriors.



Please tell us what you look for in a guild and what made you decide to apply to The Family Legion: Looking for a raiding guild that raid 2-3 times a week and my old guild is disbanding soon. So I ask my friends if they new a guild that you could raid with at the same rate as my old and got some nice people in it. I know Maryann so I have heard most of what you are doing from him.



If you were in any other guild/guilds before applying to us, why did you leave? We had a real blast our old guild. Making some of it the best time of my life unfortunately we decided that we could not find a replacement for our moonkin that decided to quit for IRL reasons. We could not find a person that could raid every Wensday and Sunday for four hours so we decided to stop raiding.




What is your view on progress raiding, raiding for achievements and raiding old content? Well killing a boss for the first time is the best you get in wow and achivments = more numbers I like big numbers. never had a problem doing raid a tier down the current to help somone get a spesifict item and older content got most of the transmog gear so I am up for that.



We are not a hardcore guild. Which means we do not have as strict attendance requirements and sets IRL stuff first. However this leads to a bigger raid group. Ideally we want a raid group of about 15 people, which means sometimes people have to sit out. To make this fair we have a rotation system based on attendance. A more detailed explanation of the system can be found here. Is a signup system like this acceptable by you? sound perfectly fine.


We are mainly a swedish guild, a few exceptions though. This means the language used in guildchat and ventrilo tends to be swedish. Ofcourse we all know and can speak english, but question is would it be a problem for you with a large part of conversations being in swedish: No I am Swedish.

You clearly have the gear and that you know Maryann is a big plus.

Right know we are discussing whether we can free a raid spot up for you or not, as we already have 3 ½ tanks in the tank pool.

We will discuss this more at our raid tonight, and we will probably have an answer after the raid.

Approved for trial. But we currently have 3 tanks i the tank group, so raiding time may be limited adding a 4th.

We will have to see if we can sort it out in any way, otherwise we will just have to rotate 4 tanks on 2 spots, for a while.
