Character Name: Done
Level and Class: 90 NE, druid
Preferred Talent Specification: I would prefer to be tank in raids but if ya need DPS iam willnig to go laserchicken.
Armory Link: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/o ... one/simple
Purpose of joining (social or raiding): Raiding.

What is your /played time and achievement points on your main character and any significant alts or previous main characters (please give the names and server of any significant alts or previous mains as well)?

On my druid I got 108 days played in total. 9695 achivement points. I don't have any significant alt's as I love to play one class and master it. As I PvP on high rating I really don't have time to play on other characters. My druid is more than enough for me :D.

Please tell us a little bit about yourself:

My IRL name is Benjamin and I study to become a teacher @ college-level. Iam 22 years old. I got alot of free-time as I can choose when I want to study. On my sparetime I play WoW and hang out with friends.

Please tell us about your raiding experience (pre-TBC, TBC and WotLK), if you didn't raid then please tell us about any other gaming experiences, be it WoW or other games:

Vanilla: Full MC-clear & full BWL-clear. Full AQ10/20 clear. Came to twins in AQ40.
TBC: Full Kara clear, & MAG and Gruul.
WOTLK: Full Naxx clear, full ulduar clear, full ToC clear. Also onyxia and EoE. In ICC i came up to putricide.
CATA: In cata I didn't PvE. Played a bit of PvP then I quit. The expansion was so boring.
MOP: 6/6 HC MSV with cutting edge achivement, 2/6 HC HoF. 4/4 TOES. 7/13 HC ToT.

Please tell us what you look for in a guild and what made you decide to apply to The Family Legion:

Iam looking for a stable guild with good progress and mature people. Also I have only heard good things about Family Legion. Pre Cata I raided and cleared many contents, I miss that so I feel like Family Legion can give me this. A guild with members that can have fun whilst raiding is such a big +, it's a game after all.

If you were in any other guild/guilds before applying to us, why did you leave?

Through whole MOP I was in "Cursed". This summer I took a little summerbreak and when I came back my tank-spot was taken. They said that I could stay and be stand-in when the other tanks could not play but I have much higher ambitions in this game so I decided to leave and find a new guild.

What is your view on progress raiding, raiding for achievements and raiding old content?

Progress -raiding is the best thing with PvP in this whole game. The feeling when you down a boss after many tries in HC and even Normal is incredible! Such a morale-booster. Perosnally, iam not an achivement hunter as I don't really care for achivements, but if the guild want a specific achivement I won't stop them. Iam "neutral" :D. Raiding old content is also a bit of fun. Gives you so many flashbacks when you played that tier. Also a sick feeling!

We are not a hardcore guild. Which means we do not have as strict attendance requirements and sets IRL stuff first. However this leads to a bigger raid group. Ideally we want a raid group of about 15 people, which means sometimes people have to sit out. To make this fair we have a rotation system based on attendance. A more detailed explanation of the system can be found here. Is a signup system like this acceptable by you?

I got no problems with such a system, as long as it's a fair and just system :)

We are mainly a swedish guild, a few exceptions though. This means the language used in guildchat and ventrilo tends to be swedish. Ofcourse we all know and can speak english, but question is would it be a problem for you with a large part of conversations being in swedish:

Iam swedish myself so it don't matter for me. (From skåne!) The best swedish state!

Please give any further information which you may be of interest to us and may support your application:

My professions are alchemy with herbalism. As I mentioned before I really like to maximize my characters. Finished brawlers a bit ago and got to wave 28 in endless as tank. (I really like to test how I do in raiding-content and what I can approve). Do you have more questions feel free to ask me in-game!

/Kind regards

Done

Thank you for the apply. Well written and you seem like a good player. However, our raidgroup is currently more than full and we won't be taking any raiding trials for any role at the moment.

Best of luck in your future guild searches.
