Why did you choose to play the spec and the class you currently playing? Would you consider to play another class or spec if we feel this is better for the guild of the time being?
fell in love with hunter since i first tried it. and i'd do everything to maximize my dps. Currently i play suv cause of the dmg from multi dots, and i find it more usfull for hm then mm does.

started raiding in tbc where my guild downed Illidan a nr 2 on server (vashj), after that the guild diband and i didnt get the chance to do Sunwell. in wotlk guild had all raids on farm exept some bosses on icc hc, dont remember how many. i didnt play i cata cause of school but started raiding again just after SoO realse. Did 12/14 hc bosses in Soo befor nerf.
wod i got 2/7 mythic, but cause of roaster problems we never got further and guild went sosial. That is why im looking for a new active raiding guild.
Please tell us what you look for in a guild and what made you decide to apply to The Family Legion:
I am looking for a hardcore raiding guild with dedicated player. Most important is patient, no slacking and people beeing on time. Atleast be at entrance 5min befor raid start. As of now few top tier guilds are looking for hunters, so i asked around to check who was recruting. I think family legion would be a good fit even tho you all sweeds.

What is your view on progress raiding, raiding for achievements and raiding old content?
I like challenges and want to come as far as possible, and when it comes to achies, yeah i am an achie whore.
We are not a hardcore guild. Which means we do not have as strict attendance requirements and sets IRL stuff first. However this leads to a bigger raid group. Ideally we want a raid group of about 30-35 people, which means sometimes people have to sit out. To make this fair we have a rotation system based on attendance. A more detailed explanation of the system can be found here. Is a signup system like this acceptable by you? Yes, i do work shifts from time to time so that would be gr8.
